Bhot Sipa was the former VDC of Sindhupalchowk. Now, This VDC has been divided into two wards of Indrawati i.e. Ward 9 and Ward 10. This ward no. 9 is formed by combining wards 1 - 4 of the former Bhotsipa VDC. The total area of this ward is 5.82 Square KM.
The eastern border is connected with Chautara Sangachok Gadhi Municipality. And, the western border is connected with ward no.8. Similarly, the northern & southern borders are connected with ward no.3 and ward no. 12/ ward 10 respectively.
