Ward No. 7, Duwachaur

Ward No. 7 of Melamchi Municipality is Duwachaur. In the year 2071, Duvachour Village Development Committee was included in Melamchi Municipality. After the re-organization of the state, Duvachour Village Development Committee's wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 were combined to form the present ward No. 7. Its total area is 12.92 square kilometres.

The eastern border of Dubachaur is connected with Jyamire. And, The western boundary is connected with Talamarang. Similarly, The northern and southern borders are connected with Kyaurani/ Helambu and Melamchi respectively.

Duwachaur falls under Representative Assembly Constituency No. 2 and State Assembly Constituency No. 2 (B).
