Ward No. 6, Tekanpur

Tekanpur is the smallest ward of the Tripurasundar Rural Municipality. Tekanpur was the VDC before the formulation of Tripurasundari. During the state restructuring, the Tekanpur VDC had included Tripurasundari as ward 6. 

Occupying 4.84% area of Tripurasundari, Tekanpur spreads over 4.56 square kilometres of area. View Tower next to Kalika Temple, Teklankhu Danda and Peepal Danda Park, Kalika Mai, Rakta Devi Mai, Gairakheshwar Mahadev Temple etc are a tourist and religious places.

The eastern border of Tekanpur is connected with Dhuskun & Piskar. And, the western border is connected with Tauthali village and Sunkoshi RM. Similarly, the northern and southern borders are associated with Balephi Rural Municipality and Tauthaliu village.
