Jalwari is ward no. 6 of Balephi Rural Municipality, Sidhupalchowk. This ward is formed by combing ward no. 7,8,9 of the former Mankha VDC.
The eastern border is connected with ward no. 7 (Khadichaur). And, the western border is connected with Ward No. 4 & ward No. 5. Similarly, the northern & southern borders are connected with Ward No. 3 (Dhuskot) & Sunkoshi Rural Municipality respectively.
