Lisankhu is the ward no. 2 of Lisankhupakhar Rural Municipality, Sindhupalchowk. This was the VDC before the formulation of Lisankhupakhar. The ward no. 1-5 and 7 of former Lisankhu VDC are separated and developed as ward no. 2 of Lisankhpakhar RM.
The eastern border of Lisankhu is connected with Attarpur and Thulo Dhading villages. And, the western border is connected with the Kavre district. Similarly, the northern and southern borders are connected with Bafal village and Kavre district respectively.
