Panchpokhari Primary Hospital is located in Tipeni, Ward No. 7 Bhotenamlang of Sindhupalchok Panchpokhari Thangpal Rural Municipality. It was established at the initiative of Panchpokhari Thangpal Rural Municipality.

This institution was established to provide the people of Panchpokhari Thangpal Rural Municipality with the best health services in their own place.
