Temal Rural Municipality

Temal is one of the local-level governments among 6 municipalities & 7 rural municipalities in Kavre.  During the state structure after the new constitution, i.e. during the implementation of federalism, based on the information published in the gazette by the Government of Nepal on the 27th of Falgun 2073, this rural municipality was established by adjusting the former Sarsyukharka, Saramthali, Coldefediche, Pokhari Narayanthan, Thulo Parsel, Karuwash, Chapakhiri, & Mechchhe village development committees. 

The eastern border of Temal Rural Municipality is connected with Chauri Deurali & Ramechhap. The western border is connected with Bhumlu Gaupalika. The northern border is associated with Bhumlu & Panchkhal. Similarly, the southern border is connected with the Roshi Gaupalika & Sindhuli districts.
