Astha Raut is a popular Nepalese singer. She was born in Dolakha district, Bagmati province, Nepal. She is famous for her songs "Chaubandi Ma Patuki", "Jhumke Bulaki", "Saal ko Paat Tapari" & many more. She came to light lime when she joined "The Voice of Nepal Season 2" as a judge. Astha Raut was born on 30 April 1990. She lives in the Capital city of Kathmandu with her father Hari Bahadur Raut (famous Nepali Folk singer) and her mother Sabitri Raut (lyricist).
Education & Career
Astha Raut has completed her bachelor's degree from CG Manipal Campion College. She completed her higher education in Kathmandu. Her childhood was spent in her native village. Later, she came to Kathmandu for her higher education & singing career.
Astha's first song is " Chhori Padhne Pathshala". She learned music from Dhan Bahadur Gopali & Chandra Gurung. She was very passionate about singing. She participated in various singing programs in her childhood.
