Ward No. 6, Ichowk

Ward No. 1 - 5 of the former Ichok village development committee is now Helambu Rural Municipality Ward No. 6. Spread over a total area of ​​22.24 square kilometers, in the east of this ward are Helambu wards number 2 and 3, and in the west is Nuwakot district. Similarly, ward number 6 of Helambu is in the north, and wards 4 and 5 are in the south. According to the population of the year 2068, the total population was 2380 (female 1216, male 1164) and the number of households was 610. Tamang, Sherpa, Brahmin, Chhetri, Kami, Damai and other communities live in this ward. The Melamchi River is east of the ward, and to the west is Langtang National Park. Similarly, Tartong of Helambu 1 is in the north and the Gohore river is in the south. In the upper part of this ward, there is a settlement of Tamang; in the middle and lower parts, there is a settlement of Braman Chhetri.
