Gati is the former village development committee of Sindhupalchowk. Now, this VDC is divided into two wards (wards 5 & 6) of Barhabise Municipality. Gathi, ward no. 5 is formed by combining former wards 1- 5.
The eastern border of ward no. 5 is connected with Bhotekoshi Rural Municipality. And, the western border is connected with ward no.8, Maneshwara. Similarly, the northern & southern borders are connected with Ward No. 6 & ward No. 3 or 9 respectively.
