The former Kunchowk VDC was divided into two wards i.e. ward 2 & ward 3. The ward three is formed by combining ward 5-9 of former VDC. The total area of this ward is 7.08 Kilo meters square.
The eastern border of ward no. 3 is connected with Chautara Sangachowk Gadhi Municipality. And, western border is connected with ward no. 6/ 7. Similarly, the northern & southern borders are connected with Simple Kavre & ward no. 9 respectively.
