Fulpingkot is the former village development committee of Sindhupalchowk. After the state restructuring, this VDC was divided into two wards of Balephi Rural Municipality. Ward no. 2 of Balephi is formed by combing ward no. 1-4 of former Fulpingkot VDC.
The eastern border of Fulpingkot is connected with ward no. 3. And, the western border is connected with Chautara Sangachowk Gadhi Municipality. Similarly, the northern & southern borders are connected with ward no. 1 (Jalbire) & ward no. 4 (Adamara) respectively.
