Ward No. 2, Chokati

Chokati is the former VDC of Sindhupalchowk. During the state restructuring, this VDC changed to ward no. 2 of Tripurasundari Rural Municipality. The total area of Chokati is 25.9 (27.5%) kilometers square. Most of the area of this ward spreads in the Middle hills. 

Chokati is the largest ward of Tripurasundari Rural Municipality.

The eastern border of Chokati is connected with Ghorthali village. And, the western edge is associated with the Dhuskun and Piskar. Similarly, the northern and southern borders are connected with  Bahrabise and Dolakha.

Shaila River, Latteshwar Mahadev Temple etc are the famous religious places of this ward.
