Batase Secondary School is a community-based public school in Melamchi Municipality-06, Talamarang, Sindhupalchowk, Nepal. This school was established in the year 2045 with the aim of providing quality education to the locals of Talamang. Since its inception, the school has been helping its students to create a bright future. This school, run by the Ministry of Education, Government of Nepal, is affiliated with the National Examination Board. The school has been operating under the supervision and control of the local government, school management committee, parents, locals, etc. Classes 1-10 are taught here.

Emphasizing practical knowledge, and practical skills learning, this school has been successful in bringing excellent results in secondary education examinations. Similarly, considering the current technological era, the school is working with the goal of making students excel in science and technology-related knowledge. And, the school conducts various programs to promote art, culture, originality, and the art of students. Similarly, the school conducts programs to make the students participate in various extra activities.

The motto of Batase Secondary School is "Learning for Lifetime Achievement". It is a coed day school, which services the educational need of hundreds of students from playgroup to X. The classes in Batase School for every academic year start from April to March.
