Chaughare is a village located in the Konjyosom Rural Municipality in southern Lalitpur. It is the ward no. 1 office of Konjyosom Gaupalika. It was the former village development committee of Lalitpur.
The eastern border of Chaughare is connected with Manikhel. Similarly, the western border is shared with Dhalchoki and Sankhu. Additionally, it shared its southern and northern border with Bhukhel and Nallu and Bhardeu, respectively.
