Ward No. 3, Maharajgunj

Maharajgunj is the ward no. 3 of Kathmandu Metropolitan City. It is located in the central part of Kathmandu, and is a prominent ward area known for its educational, medical, residential, and diplomatic significance. It houses major institutions like the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital and the Institute of Medicine, making it a central hub for healthcare and medical education in Nepal.

Similarly, the northern border is shared with Tokha and Budhnilkantha. And, the southern border is shared with ward no. 2 and 4 of Kathmandu.
